I don't know Vasco, but if you really loved your coach, your Roosters (club) and team mates - would you dish that crap up ?? And they weren't alone on this.

I think front row we are pretty covered atm
you won’t replace jwh with any one person
with Collins and May starting with Leniu and Whyte off the bench we have a good rotation
plus 2 x Vaa bros and Wong can play there there are other positions more critical to look at

I think we will be fine in the front row next year.

I'm a big fan of moving Nat Butcher into the front row but with Lindsay Collins already playing that role of worker in the prop rotation I understand the argument for some more powerful ball runners.

I think Spencer Leniu really needs to evolve his game if he ever wants to become a starter, love the way he plays but not every run can be at 100% effort. He needs to develop a run where he's giving 80-90% and still making good metres without completely burning himself out because I actually quite like his work and movement in defence this year. It's just his workrate in attack that needs improving.

Nafu Whyte really needs to improve his defence, he was exceptional with ball in hand this year but just missed his assignment too often in defence. If he can fix that he could be anything.

Did I read somewhere that Nat Butcher has been selected in the PM's 13?
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Unfortunately we are going to have to make do with our props as there isn't anyone available this year that is better than what we already have. Off contract 2024 props are a bunch of depth players or players that should be off to Super League.

Easts75 sends his congratulations to Nat on his selection in the PM's 13 - If only Egan was available as well

I think our front row is pretty good heading into next year, probably one of our stronger areas
                  EASTS TO WIN!

High hopes for both of these guys. Whyte has the potential to bend the lie, love it when he gets a running start at the defensive line. Yes needs improvement in defense but that will come.

DLS is very impressive and has huge potential, but early days.

I am sick of seeing Collins getting smashed like a rag doll. He set the bar high last year. Can’t believe he just walks into the Aussie team.

Origin time we lose Spencer and Collins. Will be interesting.

Whyte is our only forward that bent the line consistently this season.

Yeah it's puzzling. He has definitely gone backwards. I reckon he needs a good spell, which unfortunately won't happen.

Other than Hamiso& Coates the whole Australian squad are white guys.
So many front rowers in the NRL are Islanders that nominate to play for NZ, Tonga & Samoa so there is not a lot of front rowers to choose from. Hass is out injured as well.

I reckon he’s playing 5 - 10kg underweight for his height to be playing a traditional front row role. By playing light his fitness has improved, his work rate has improved, he is very mobile and pops up everywhere on the field and he does a hell of a lot of clean up work; all of which we love about him. Unfortunately the trade off is that he has far less impact with the ball in hand and struggles making post-contact metres. Which version of Lindsay do we really want?
