How good is that, rugby league at its raw and wonderful best. I love the scrums 9 all, remember how important they used to be.

Me Three , but I’m late July . We where living Two doors down from the Mullins family in Bondi at the time . I can remember my old man and his mates at our place watching the game . They where drinking long necks in the old wooden box’s . We’d use the wood for the BBQ later on . Bloody good times .

Is it just the 50 year anniversary?

Bill Mullins and Straw Andrews ran the fish shop at Charring Cross for a while in the 70s.

And played at a great time for everyone to enjoy. Also saw Bunny and Elywn Walters sharing dummy half duties Big Jack way ahead of the times
