Bill Harrigan was the best ref I've seen. He seemed to always be in control.... Then again, the rules and style of play were much better than as well, which probably made it easier for the refs. While the administrators stuck to the admin and didn't interfere with the fabric of the gama ala PVL.
Harrigan would have made mistakes like todays refs because he’s a human.
If the media followed any of us around for our whole work day & scrutinised everything we would have all have mistakes in us.

His leg speed and post-contact metres are excellent. He is playing lock rather than edge but he is the most mobile back-rower in the squad and would do a better job than Jennings at centre IMO. I know he is suspended but it is getting frustrating seeing Robbo stick with Sitili who is clearly out of form and even Egan Butcher. Wong is 21 and needs time in the top grade. If anything, Sitili would benefit from a freshen in NSW Cup to rediscover his best running form.
that is why I am questioning if the may be another reason for his omission from first grade.( barring this week due to suspension obviously)

My recollection is that it is not unusual for Robbo to put a young backrower into the middle in Reggies for a while to develop his game. Examples escape me but I'm sure it's been discussed on here in the past & that R6 will be able to elaborate.
