Just about to post the same thing. Different game, different team, different enforcement of the same rules.
Just saw the replay - that was a nasty direct shoulder charge to the head of RTS - he wasn't even pretending, he tried to get up, but was genuinely concussed by a high shot that was high, deliberate contact with no attempt to wrap arms for a tackle.

At very least a sin bin and some definite time on the sidelines. One of our blokes would have been sent off and copped 4-6 weeks.

As dogs are NRL flavour of the year, just watch them ignore this and watch Crighton slide with no suspension.

This is what makes our 3 premiership wins over the past decade even more impressive - we have to deal with the unfair targeting of our club and players week by week, year by year, decade by decade, and still come out on the very top a lot of the time.

The non dismissal of Crighton is already proof of the NRL's corruption. If he doesn't spend at least 2-3 weeks suspended for that then I won't be surprised, but it is further proof of corruption.

    • It’s been a frustrating year regarding the refereeing of our game.

Two manly players were binned for almost identical incidents last night.

          • Crighton will miss 2 to 3 weeks for that, mark my words.

He's a cleanskin, will only end up with a fine. Imagine if it was Rads or JWH, probably would have been a send off!

              • Rts knocked out by chrichtons shoulder. Nothing. Looks like the refs on the bulldog bus

                • Some people could be forgiven for thinking so.
The video is clear...what else are the some people supposed to think?

                  • 1 week for Crighton.

So, leniency exercised by the NRL both on the field (not even sin binned) and after review - he misses 1 game while his victim was knocked out and will miss the rest of the season.

Twice this year we have had players sent off (not binned) and missed 3 weeks plus for tackles no worse.

Yep, go ahead and tell me the NRL don't have their favourites.

                          Ha ha, good one.

So you're happy with the NRL's consistency?

                            Okay
You consistently bang on all the time about how the Roosters are rorted & reamed by the refs, bunker & NRL which indicates to me that you are convinced we cant win the comp so why do you watch the NRL?

He's looking at 1 week apparently.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

No it doesn't indicate that at all.

More to the point, why do you care so much what I think or say?
