He's kind of Hutch, with a bit extra. Can play multiple positions, just none at an outstanding level. Couldn't purchase him with a top 17 in mind, but NSW Cup with depth for injuries maybe. He's got ticker.

Has ability but has never shown it for any length of time because he’s always injured. I would rather pass as we already have our own local version of that. Adding that I am a Billy fan and can’t wait for the day he can play a full season without serious injury.
