I can't access the video. Is anybody able to give a short transcript of his comments.
Smithy's main beef was with the "Diabolical calls" in the game and also the bumbling idiots managing the scrums and clock at the end. He didn't hold much back. Probably the worst thing out of it though was that the ref apologized to Anasta for not letting Mini play the ball again when he was in lala land.
Interesting stuff, very positive about where we're at. I can see us being a real good team in the back end of this season when the guys get that bit more experience. I was really impressed with that last 5 mins when the Warriors tried to up the ante in the physicality stakes and our guys knuckled down and played footy and very nearly stole a win. Reminds me a lot of the Warriors loss in 2010 when Locke scored in the dying seconds. We took a lot from that game and I can see us giving Manly a big crack next week when they will be missing the likes of both Stewarts, Cherry-Evans, Watmough and co.
To easy for Smithy & Anasta to blame the refereeing.
Every game there is mistakes made by the refs, thats because they are human. No one go's to work & is perfect.
I just wish supporters would come to the understanding that their will always be refereeing mistakes, it's part of the game. You get some decisions that go your way & then you get decisions that go against you.

At a football club, there’s a holy trinity – the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don’t come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques.
