That SG Ball forward pack is stacked.

Didn’t realise we won the race for Lachlan Metcalfe either, supposedly a very wanted youngster had a number of clubs after him. Good young left footed halfback from all reports.

        What a mobile pack!
        Centre pairing is hot too.

Piss of Gus Gould. Go fishing elsewhere

Is he by any chance related to Sharks junior Luke, who's now at the Warriors?

Phillip Carey Memorial Award (Male Player of the Year): Lachlan Metcalfe – Wentworthville United Magpies

Lachie is only 15 and played up in age for the Wenty Magpies. He also starred in the Eels Development squad in 2023.

Be happy if he's like Luke.

Or maybe related to Gazza Metcalfe? Oldies will recall the front row of Metcalfe, Mal Connor and Mosman.

How many of them are local juniors?
I don’t care if none of them are but I was just wondering if any of them were local juniors.

So the actual Ball team is at the link below
I suspect Sarfati, Maguire and Dooner must all be out injured.

Both u 17s and 19s against the Bulldogs will live this Saturday on NSWRL TV.

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs U18 versus Sydney Roosters U18 match centre includes live scores and updates. Includes official live player and team stats. Run metres, fantasy points scoring.

Not sure, I know his older brother Blake is a very promising fullback currently in the junior grades at Manly but not sure if there's any relation to Luke.

Didn’t realise we had snagged Reece Foley from the Cowboys either, supposedly a very good half. Didn’t play much in 2021 & 2022 due to injuries but made the emerging QLD side last year and there was quite a bit of hype around him. Halves pairing with Rodwell would have to be one of the strongest in SG Ball.

Fair to say we’re looking to develop Keary’s replacement, not buy one.

Foley must be highly regarded because he's made the U19 Qld Emerging squad again alongside 3 other Roosters players -
Tait, Toia jnr and DLS Va'a.

                        Very well done!

any relation to previous Rooster hype legend Shaun Foley? (who i rated pretty highly we were just a terrible team at the time)
