Strange thing was BJs try was the classic Benifit of the Doubt try, except it was just given outright. We never actually saw him ground the ball but he was in there with his hand on the ball at some stage just before the ball goes out of shot. That's BOD any day of the week.

I don't believe we've got a BOD call all year when in almost every game so far weve been denied at least one try that is a classic BOD candidate. And each weekend I have seen the exact same call being made in other games when incidents have been basically identical.

The Vidiots have so much influence in games you'd think it would be easy for them especially to be consistent with rules and judgements.

    The FlogPen .

    You know it makes sense.

Obviously not because the video ref said it was a try, so it must be just like Dean Young's try in the 2010 GF ??
I said the same thing in the match thread.. Everytime they showed the replay from one angle it was clear to me that happened. I would also have been happy had BJ's try not been allowed and also agreed with the video ref on the Moga dissallowed try.

Well Harrigan mentioned on Talkin' Sport tonight that they got the BJ try call wrong. It should have been called a NO TRY.
He said the Mini incident at the end probably should have been called up as soon as the ref saw him stumbling but because he already called it as an incorrect play the ball, he felt rather than give a penalty he called for a scrum out of empathy.
He said every other call in the game was correct and he was very happy with the refereeing.
And that my friends is why refereeing will not get better. The guy is more concerned about his own KPI's than admitting the refereeing has been crap all year.

LOL.Mini dropped the ball cold before trying to play the ball.
The worst scenerio should have been a scrum anyway.
Harrigan the merkin is clutching at straws to protect his inept pink fools again...

                  Agree.
But like Hollywood Hartley (who was also the best at his time) it has gone to his head.

I was wonderfully happy with bj's touchdown. Thought we would get the wrong rub Of the green on that one. No close calls seem to go our way.
