  • JWH - Record Holder in 2024?

I just read on NRL.com that JWH needs to play 15 more games to break the Roosters’ all-time appearance record held by Aubusson (306).

As one of my fave players, I would love to see him get this record!

Isn’t Jarred on about 298? 15 more would put him well ahead of Aubo.

Either way it’s one hell of an achievement from a front rower and no doubt a rarity too. He’s also missed about the equivalent to a season through suspension and a season through injuries and ACL. But that’s probably what’s allowed him to play to this age.

Behind Beetson I doubt we have had a better front rower and definitely not a better clubman.

        THREE CHEERS FOR JARRED!!!

Question is, who is going to put him on their shoulders and carry him off the field?!

Of course he did. Thanks for the reminder. The only blight on his career.

Love JWH. Great servant but he is a very very lucky man to get that opportunity this year with us.

Unfortunately it comes with the way he plays the game and the reason he has been one of the most dominant forwards of the modern era.

Great clubman and I he stays involved within the club after he retires.

Has nothing to do with luck. He’s earned it.

                        Bloody oath.

Hated by supporters of other teams, he is the quintessential Easts legend.

Yeah love the big fella… hopefully he gets it at Allianz. He has a huge job ahead of him now - grooming young Spencer.

Sure, you have to expect some missed games due to that but it's more the stupid, makes no sense ones I was referring to - like the Tigers game last year, and these been quite a few others too.

Hooray hooray hooray, hated by other supporters but all would love him to be in their team.
