He's probably too young to organise the team to a premiership fo a couple of years but I think he's a great prospect as a 7. A lot depends on whether Robbo would play Walker at 6 and Smith at 7. Most good 6's have re-signed to 2025 or later. I cant see Douhi playing consistently at 6 for the Tigers if he comes back OK from ACL. I wouldnt touch him. Galvin as extended to 2026, Of the remaning 6's I thought Luke Metcalf showed a bit at the Warriors but he is a running 6.
We don’t want midgets defending in our front line. Volkman is too small to ever make it in league. Hence the reason he keeps moving from club to club.

I think this could be the case. Sam Walker to end up at no.6.

I think Sandon Smith has classic halfback qualities.

He's 179cm (5 ft 10 in) and 93kg. Is that really too small?

For NRL standards this is pretty small.

Volkman is out for the season & the Saints arent going to sign him so he's no good to the Chooks. Move on.

Just on another 5/8 in the NRL, everyone's favourite Cody Walker. I was at Dolls Point beach today having a swim & I bumped into Cody with his 2 sons, I ended up talking to him for 10 minutes, I told him I was a Chooks fan & I was surprised when he answered that the Chooks were a top club, he said that they would be one of the top 4 teams this year. He said Robbo is one of the best coaches in the NRL & his sons both rate Rads. He was actually a really nice bloke & his boys were so friendly.

It's a shame that has become that way. The little guys are just as exciting to watch.

Not as small as one player in our current squad. Zach Docker Clay is 171cm tall (5 feet 7) and weighs 88kg. He's the second shortest player in the NRL. Dom Young is a foot taller than him.

I looked at some Youtube clips of him. He is incredibly elusive and strong. Could be used as an Api Koroisau shock weapon. Has played in the halves and at hooker.

Wasn't that Cronk's playing height and weight? If anything, slightly heavier.

                    S. Smith is also the same height. You can definitely make it being that size and I wouldn't call them a "midget".

I'd say the issue lies when you have 2 small halves, which at present we do.
