    Harsh perhaps but he never wins. That's important when you are the the coach.

      No, I've always said its harder to make a grand final than it is to win one.

        It’s 3 games a year, no elite coach with any real record is going to be putting their hand up unless they’re past it.

        So yes you have to be willing to look past some short-comings when picking a SOO coach. Either in experience or record.
