I'd show all the heart and determination in the world, but i'm certainly not going to win us any farrken footy games!

I've said it a thouuusand times, i'd rather a team full of right carrnts with talent than a team full of nice guys with none.

Farrk the nice guy shit. We finally learnt our lesson with nice guy Bwaiffy boy, let's hope they do with the very average Perret aswell.

Humility doesn't win you games, talent and skill does.

    Perret has neither.
Perrett makes big metres for us every game and draws plenty of penalties (which are worth about 50m+ on their own especially coming out of our own end). This is such an underrated part of so many wingers games these days. He's a strong defender and when he's given the chance he's quite a handy finisher... he's so underrated on here it's no funny.
Yeah, i'll concede to that, he does get us a few penalties with his fight to get up and play the ball. Although alot of the time it's because the marker has just made his second tackle and is too farrked to let him go imo.

Still, he does earn us a few.

The strong defender part is laughable though. You can't tackle someone with your back turned.

I rarely see him finish anything either. Admittedly, it's a bit hard to finish off nothing.

This game will be the litmus test for our guys, to see how they are going. A back up of last weekends effort will see our guys actually look like 8 contenders.

Did you see his finishing on Sunday where he beat 3 Newcastle defenders to score?

Whenever he gets the chance he's a very strong finisher. His defence isnt that bad either.... but thats just my opinion.

I suppose since Mini's left egg on your face its time to start on Perrett.

Your memory must only go back a few weeks or something.

Yes, he finished off nicely on Sunday but can you tell me the last time before that?....I doubt it.

SKD has put him on the outside countless times, and 9 times out of 10 he isn't fast enough or good enough to do anything about it.

Once in 20 games might be good enough for you, but it isn't for me.

BTW, Mini still needs to play like that week in week out to convince me.

He's certainly on the way, but he's not there yet.

He impressed me in defense vs Broncos and was able to finish the game for once - of course it's a week before we play him
Sure he played 80 minutes but he struggled to keep up the same intensity. This is why they chose to start him off the bench in first grade...

I'm sure he'll be putting in that little extra, just to do this.

I actually dont think Mini's form has been that bad all year.. but thats just my opinion.

I suppose i'm just 1 of those supporters who is satisfied with mediocricy.

There's no need for the eye rolling, i'm actually quite happy with where this club is heading tbh.

A few minor tweaks here and there, but there are exciting times ahead imo.

Of course you couldn't remember the last time Sam done anything with the ball in his hands before last weekend, but i'll let that slide.

Christ. How is Bwaiff still at 6?
                  I hope Maloney owns him

I suspect that this may be one time that I agree with you.

I'm really happy to see Ropati at Fullback, i think Brian Smith will employ similar tactics like against Newcastle when it comes to their back 3 and that is either kick dead to limit Vatuvei's involvement or kick high to really test Ropati/Vatuvei.

Danger is definitely the halves for New Zealand who are going to test our forward pack the most if they decide to have a run, Mullen broke the line easily to score their only try so we need to stick solid and show a good line forward.

Our second phase play can trouble the Warriors because i believe they're not as fit as our team, physically they match up well but working from sideline to sideline will catch them out if we continue to get repeat sets. Just need to convert repeat sets into points that was a major concern last sunday.

I cant wait for this game because we generally have great matches against the Warriors. I'm hoping for the continued good form of Minichiello, Mitchell Pearce and PENI.

To hard to predict what will happen.

I just hope they turn up & put in. It would be a real boost for the club to win this one.

Sam perrett has made the most tackle busts this year in our team .... Without him we probably would never actually get our of our own 30m from kick returns .... Whilst he isnt the fastest he is strong and determined!
