Ofcourse it makes sense to send them to Scots, It's a top quality boarding school in the Eastern Suburbs with a great sporting program
Wong grew up playing Union, he would have benefitted greatly from being at Scots.
I think it's a huge selling point to us to be able to offer this to 15 year old Islander or Interstate kids.

Difference being we had nothing to do with big Joe’s development, it was clear he wasn’t set on league for life, and we couldn’t change his mind.

Wong would probably feel he owes us, so with the right offer, there is no reason we shouldn’t hold onto him.

definitely we should hold onto him but like i said if he doesn't re-sign with us then we might want to re-think the strategy

Been great to watch him grow this year, feels like we haven't had a stable 2nd row option in a long time but I reckon he has locked in that right edge position for the start of the season next year.

And he's big, solid, muscular, 16 st 12, nearly 17 stone, 6 ft 2 1/2, and is fast.
Fits nicely into my "too big, too strong, too fast" team.
