Sydney Roosters Coach Trent Robinson has reduced the squad to 19 players ahead of tomorrow's Round 27 clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium.

As confirmed by Robinson this morning, Joseph Manu has been ruled out of the match with a Grade 1 hamstring strain sustained in Round 26. Corey Allan has been named to take his place in the centres.

Daniel Tupou has also been ruled out of Friday's game with a posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injury sustained at training. Fetalaiga Pauga comes into the starting line-up to replace the Tongan International on the wing.

Drew Hutchison is the Tricolours 18th player in jersey no.20, while Naufahu Whyte is the remaining reserve.

We will be up against now for sure. These clowns have had two weeks to sit in their dark hole and wank on about the world being against them, plan the game and now put in a tribute for Kyle Turner. Meanwhile we lose JWH, Manu and Toups. I am going to freakin hate it if we lose to these clowns.

Wish I had checked the final team selection- knew about Joey before buying a couple of tickets.

**** me.. how unlucky are we. I’m sick of this shit. We can never name a full strength team full stop, let alone go two weeks with the same 17.

If the guru was a better coach we wouldn't be in this predicament, so blame Robinson.

Wtf goes on at roosters training that players get injured so often? They’re clearly not working on discipline, set plays, offloads, attacking structures, kicking game defence …….maybe robbo chases them with a strap-on

F-king joke at this point. Happens so often for it to be a coincidence.

I think a late change of the Hutchinator at right centre and Allan on the right wing may be on the cards.

Went down a rabbit hole on Pauga and found the following.

He has played 6 times this year with 5 of them being on the right wing. He will replace Toups position on the left. He has averaged 149 run metres per game with 5 tackles and 1.7 errors. Defensively he has been ok apart from when Coates have him a bath when we played Melbourne and he scored a hatrick (although he had Suualli defending inside him).

If he can keep his errors down, we may have a shot as he is not shy to do the hard stuff.
