Do people want to see him at lock? Bench? or gone?

That was an accident ... He threw it too hard and pearce couldn't catch it!

Lol...I just realised though that if I ignored everyone on here who talks rubbish...I would be left with a very small discreet group to converse with.

I would have him on the bench until he regains last years confidence and form.

Ant Mitchell has played well this year and deserves to start.

If both Jake and Mitchell were fully fit and in top form I would start with Friend and bring Mitchell on when the game is opening up a bit.

Four forwards (i.e. pigs - not including hooker) on the bench is a waste. If your best 8 pigs can't do the job, your best 9 won't either. Just ask Taka and Bosden - who could've played many more minutes than they did.

Maybe if everyone else did the same that group would be even smaller

I'd much rather someone knows how to read the game than not be quick.

Physical ability is far easy to train/teach than attributes such as awareness or vision.

Friend's form has been poor this year but I don't know what people are talking about ''inaccurate passes"? I must have missed those... he definitely slowed down towards the end of the game and it would've been handy to have one of Mortimer or Mitchell on the bench but that's not really his fault, Smith picked a way to forward heavy bench.

I thought some of his cover defence yesterday was very good, saved our arse up the middle a few times. Still some way off his best though.

I know what you're saying but at this stage I prefer to offer an opposite (more balanced) view. At this stage

Jake had a pretty ordinary game. Everyone suffers a form slump from time to time.
Braith is still waiting for his form to get good.....I had to wait for the replay to make sure it was actually him that ran into that hole.....and thought that'd be right, wait until you are leaving to start playing like an asset....but no, back to normal form after that oh, well I had a small glimpse of what we might get next year?
