No chance we are a bottom 4 side this year.

No we are worse off.

After 13 games played last year we were 7 wins, 6 losses with a +47 point differential.
After 13 games this year we are 6 wins, 7 losses with a - 90 point differential. Our point differential is pretty much as good as another loss at the moment.

Admittedly we lost our 14, 15th & 16th game last year so you could make an argument that after 17 games played we could find ourselves in a similar position to last year but we would need to win 2 out of our next 3 games.

We are undoubtedly worse off though as it’s a tougher ask from here on out than it was last season.

The most frustrating part is it appears obvious that it should be common sense, simple changes to fix and make the remaining part of the season respectable. But only for us laymen looking from the outside in.

The only positive if we miss out on the 8 is the hierarchy will start looking closely at the under performers and hopefully start weeding them out of the Club!

if we do make the 8 it will be on top of a return to form and given the players we've got we might do alright

We looked better a couple of years ago when the team was decimated by injuries and made the finals..

No, I don’t think we can.

I think the cut off for this year will be 32 points but given our dire for and against it would mean 34 points for us.

That would mean winning 8 out of our last 10 games. That would mean winning one of our games against Storm, Broncos or Souffs and then not losing another game.

Sad to say, but the season is done.
