Some mail from News Corp (via Foxsports) that he will start in the halves this week. Please be true, we need Manu back at centre.

Late Mail: Joseph Suaalii has copped a three-game ban for Dangerous Contact, with Corey Allan shifting to the centres and Daniel Tupou returning from a hamstring injury on the wing in a timely boost. Sandon Smith retains his place on the bench but could be a late switch in to the halves according to News Corp. Panthers players are reportedly preparing for Smith to move in to the starting team, with Joey Manu moving back to the centres. Smith will likely take up kicking duties with Joseph Suaalii out due to suspension.

Pleaaaaaaaaase be true!! The only thing will be, who will be our bench utility. I would have thought Robbo would have named Hutcho if he had this in his plans.
        Red, White and Bluesters!!!

Hutchbrakes can always been moved back in, he's named as 18th man, but ultimately it could mean that Allen goes to bench utility.

I like him too BBR but dont want to put too big a rap on him too soon. The club are well aware of his potential, but I dont want to set him up for the impatient lynch mobs on here to tear him down if/when he makes a blue.

Just me, or does the mail based off “Panthers players are reportedly preparing for Smith to move in to the starting team”, seem unsubstantial? Wild that they’ve made 2 paragraphs worth of late mail as a by product of what the opposition thinks might happen.

I don't think the players/staff/coaches have anything to fear from this echo chamber.

I wish the young man well in his RWB endeavors.

I’d have Sammy as halfback when he is fit and shift Sandon to the bench
