Does having had 2 byes account in part for those stats?

Regardless, you're a miserable farkin bunch the lot of ya. Calling for the coach to be sacked and Teddy's finished blah blah blah. When things turn as they farkin will we better see every last one of you bludgers back here apologising for your lack of faith the club and lack of faith in someone of the magnitude of Teddy and what he's done here.

    Piss poor fair weather fans.

To be honest, I get the frustration from fans but you're spot on. We've had basically unmatched success for a decade - one bad year in 2016 with our squad decimated, and so far, this year. The pile on has been incredible considering what Robinson did for our club. Completely turning the joint around when it was in quicksand.

Of course our performances aren't up to snuff at the moment, and it's genuinely embarrassing, but Robinson has earned the chance to fix it.

I'm not just a Roosters fan when we're winning the Premiership each year. They have my support.

I think everyone here wants the Roosters to win, to make the semis, to make the top 4.
The criticism of Robinson is justified because the team is underperforming and the buck stops with him.
He has certainly recieved plenty of praise for past performances so it works both ways.
Calling fans here a miserable farking bunch because they care about the direction the club is going in is ridiculous.
The stats quoted here are factual, and they are a disgrace.
The fact that we have had 2 byes could make a slight difference, but also enhances our position on the table.
I've been called soft by a well known moron on here for actually caring about how this team goes.
I won't apologise for that to anyone.
Some of Robinsons decisions have been very questionable, so we are fans, and yes he may be far more qualified than anyone here to coach a football team, but many here bleed red white and blue, and have a pretty good idea of the basics of a winning team.
I will question anyone who I feel makes it more difficult for the roosters to succeed.
You would have to be blind, deaf and dumb not to see something is very wrong.
In another thread, someone said that Robbo loves the roosters more that I do, that's bullshiit too.
I guess he loved Parra and wests when he was there, and Catalans, and whoever he coaches next if that happens,
I have only ever loved the Roosters.

Win, lose or draw I think most fans only want us to play to our potential and do our best which is not happening. It’s as if we’re deliberately throwing every match and doing everything in our power to make sure we lose. And the coach keeping Suualii is confirming to me that Robbo is not out for wins. You don’t win by dropping good players and selecting hopeless ones. It’s as if the whole intent of team and coach is to lose and underperform. We know that these players are incredible. It seems a joint decision to play bad. Gambling? Who knows but it’s impossible that every player has lost form at the same to me.

I can’t disagree with anything you’ve said in this post NSK. We just love our team, regardless of the players and coaches that come and go.

Coach Robinson is more a Rooster than anyone on here and would never give up on the club and players like the fickle one's on here do and have.

When the going get's tough they buckle like a belt.

Not to be that guy but I've been a supporter of the Roosters for a long time, longer than this purple patch of success that really has been around since Fittler and Matt Sing came to the club with Phil Gould. Coach Robinson hasn't adapted to the six again rule as the team used to be able to defend penalties on their try line.

Robbo is a people person, and a contemplative person.

He probably has a lot of sleepless nights with how things are going.

I would suggest, based on the on-field performance and body language, there is something certainly awry with the squad.

However, I am willing to bet all I own that it is certain individuals in the squad at the root of the discontent, not the coach. I have strong suspicions, but I am recitent to name names.

And the coach is between a rock and a hard place, as he knows who he needs to move on to make things better, but the intracicies around contracts and management (both management at the club, and player management) and such leave him with a shit sandwich for the moment.

And he has to find a way to navigate that and make it work.

When you get older, you get quite critical of people, and your radar for bullshit is finely attuned.

Have a look at the team stats on NRL website..... in almost all the positive stats we are last or in the bottom 3.

                            Try assists.................. ..2nd last
Line break assists ... ....3rd last...... YAH!!
                            All receipts.... ..............2nd Last

Kick metres.... .............3rd last..... YAH !!

Everything else we are mid field, missed tackles, errors, penalties conceded etc, but we are flattered in those compared to many because we have had two byes.
We were very lucky to beat Souths, and St George on Anzac Day, we really could be last on 3 wins.
Disgraceful state of affairs for our club.
The good and positive news is:

The only way now is up!
