It was a beautiful sunny day today Beach this afternoon was beautiful

Beautiful sunny day, spent 2 hrs in the pool at the stadium and then lunch at Azure in EQ which used to be the cafe serving the pool and gym at Allianz but moved on and Merivale took over and started over charging for 2nd rate food and coffee,
Good to see Azure back and it is just down the road now.

Lovely sunny day outside Was up at the crack of Dawn Spent Sam hour in the gym Followed by a meditation class Then off to a lovely cafe and then spent the rest of the morning on the beach in the beautiful spring weather

Windy and overcast on the coast today. There's some nice weather on the way though.

Got to the stadium pool, was windy and overcast with the sun in and out, decided on doing the exercise in the inside pool, did end up going in the outside pool afterwards where the water was warmer but the wind made it uncomfortable. Was nice just exercising in the indoor pool and my leg feels so much better after it.

Over cast but sun peaking out at different intervals but very windy, forcing myself to go the stadium pool to do some stretching exercises in the water. After such a lovely day yesterday i pushed myself to go on a long walk along the Cooks River which i can usually do no problems but had problems with my leg and thigh hurting so did many stops along the way, a shame because it was a such a beautiful day.

Another stunning day here today. A little bit cooler but I was able to get outside and enjoy the sun and the breeze.

Was beautiful in the stadium pool this afternoon, sky was overcast , some of it was cloud but also smoke haze from burn offs. Still very pleasant for some stretching and strengthening exercises besides some chill out time .

Lovely day here also. 25 but a little overcast.,

Managed to hobble out to the deck and sat with my baby bitch enjoying the breeze.

Looking like a nice day here so will head over to the stadium pool and do some leg stretching exercises in the water.

Beautiful day in Sydney, went and walked around a big section of Centennial Park to give my troublesome leg a work out, beautiful spot.
