The ABC showed a great ariel shot of Tuggeranong with the Brindabella's in the background with a dusting of snow.

Just glad i'm not in Orange this weekend, the main street looked bleak with the snow and sleet and rain on todays news.

It was a miserable day on Friday. It was so cold . Orange can get very cold when it snows that’s for sure. You’re lucky with your timing!

Heavy rain and thunder storms rolling across in Wellington at the moment. Rain so loud on the tin roof. At least the car is getting a good wash.

Smashed by s great electricial storm and torrential rain in Mudgee yesterday, looks like Sydney is copping all the bad weather now.

140mm in Jervis Bay overnight takes it to 950mm in 3 months .Ground is soaked

We got 23mm in tuggeranong yesterday. It was nice to give the garden a bit of a soak. Once again I’m shocked at the amount of rain in other places.

After an early morning meditation session then training at the gym and breakfast at an Eastern Suburbs cafe I’m
now sitting on Bondi Beach It’s an absolute glorious sunny spring day here in the Eastern Suburbs What a life !!!

With this improving weather in Sydney, have started spring cleaning, did the window screens and shutters in the main bedroom on Tuesday, was great when moving the chest of drawers and bed side tables that there was no residual mould this year thanks largely to having a dehumidifier during winter, what was on the window screens were from the previous winter,Will do the spare bedroom/study next week but already have aired all the cushions and washed their covers and then do the kitchen windows and screens also. Washed the car today seeing it was a mess from the country trip and it is a lovely drying day.
If the weather is good tomorrow will spend time at the pool after exercising at the Allianz Stadium gym or might even head down to La Perouse or Little Bay for some sand and salt water, ocean water may still be a bit chilly so most likely stay at the Allianz stadium pool as the water is a nice temp in the pool.

Another delightful sunny spring day here on the beach in the Eastern Suburbs

I did my washing while I was working and it dried before lunch. Mind you I got up at 4am..like a true Rooster..

Was a very warm day today but very hazy around the city. Drove over to Allianz Stadium to use the exercise bike in one of the gyms, air quality looking over the CBD driving in looked like LA, would have stayed around and have a swim in the pool because it was warm but it was like a creche today because of school holidays. weather predictions for Sydney for the long weekend looks like it will be very warm.

I have a breeze thank goodness but it got to around 28 here I think. The new place is great for me as it's a bit dark in the living area which keeps it cool and I have a dedicated study nook for work out of the sun. The bedroom is mould free thank goodness as I'm too old to be standing on beds cleaning ceilings these days. .

Mind you I had to buy 2 heaters to keep warm this past winter..the old one broke down after 5 years as I bought it in lockdown. I never bothered when I was working in offices full time as I just used blankets and was getting up at 4.30am for years to commute. It wasn't until I was home more then I realised how cold you get sitting at a desk at home.

I've bought one of those desk cycles to use when it's raining or too hot to walk but I need another pair of hands to help me with the final pedals I think. It just doesn't look right and I still have spare parts..LOL..like the Ikea of exercise equipment..
