I've been wearing them outside since January, 2020. I'm not happy about it. Summer is hell is here at the best of times. Scientists have indicated the Wuhan virus doesn't survive under sunlight. As someone who is fully vaccinated I'm still wearing a mask because it is compulsory and out of consideration for others. I think it is finally coming to an end though.

I'm not saying otherwise. You mentioned earlier that you only need to worry about you and your family and that you were not concerned with others. Right?Originally posted by Andrew Walker View Post
On the contrary voodoo child. I am a law abiding citizen, a clean skin in society, with not so much as a parking ticket against my name.

I have a reasonably large circle of acquaintances/contacts/friends. I do not know a single person who has contracted the kung flu, let alone have complications or die from it. I know two who had adverse reactions to the covid jab. One died three days after his first jab, the other a fit young man (23) with no health issues was admitted to hospital with heart inflammation (myocarditis) and now has to take three months of work, no physical exertion of any kind. So far, the results from the human trials are not looking good. Hopefully Novavax will have better outcomes.

I’ve lived all my life in a minority so I know how that feels. As for the vaccination, given my age and medical history, I decided that the risk of complications from covid are higher than the risk of the vaccine. But everyone will have their own risks and benefits to weigh up.Originally posted by Andrew Walker View Post
Honestly this is nothing compared to the anger you will see. If vaccination status is used to control movement or mores o access basic life necessities like food. A hungry mob is an angry mob.

Yeah I’m fortunate being in Canberra so I have some time. Hopefully you have no side effects from the second dose.Originally posted by zac View Post
there are arguments both ways i guess, mr. being in canberra makes a difference and i don't think it's clear cut whether it's better to wait or get it now.
i'm happy i've done it and i'm going to keep my head down for the next fortnight to let the vaccine work - on the morning i got it i did enough shopping for two weeks!

Red's not even posting on this thread and comments are being directed at him..that's how silly some people have been today. Poor attention to detail and lack of patience before posting."Gossip dies when it hits a wise person’s ears. Rumours are started by haters, carried by fools, and believed by idiots."

Yes nothing worse than grown men blaming women because they can't control their anger issues. It's the 'look what you made me go and do' syndrome alive and well. Some on here can't string a sentence together so it's my fault apparently. Or Red's..but he's not even posting on this thread so I'm not sure why comments are being directed at him. Maybe there are server issues. Anyway I hope all is well with you too MR and yes we are all keeping well here in Sydney and thanks for asking.Originally posted by mightyrooster View PostWow a lot of anger on here today.
