I'd love to see a Chicken Kiev festival and perhaps a public holiday to celebrate such a fabulous dish. I find listening to my favourite Violin playlists elevates the experience. I'm also surprised we don't have a stand alone Chicken Kiev thread where we can chat and not burden those who don't like the dish. Anyways it's food for thought.
