Ban Michael Jones

Whoever Michael Jones is, it’s kind of ironic that the biggest thread in the off-topic section in the last few weeks is about him. Feels like without him, we’ve got nothing else to talk about!

We did but the mods closed Charlie Kirk’s thread down.

It’s been deemed better to leave open a thread about a serial offender than keep open a discussion about a religious man standing up for common sense who was murdered at the hands of a lunatic who supported the same beliefs as the one allowed to return here.

And may I say I greatly appreciate the fact that no one started a new thread on the topic.

As to Michael Jones, many posts in this thread have tried to bait Michael Jones into a response. It hasn't happened and if Mr Jones wants to continue posting it wont.

There are countless members of this community that have been banned more than once and generally they are given the opportunity to contribute to the collective as long as they are not causing harm.

Is it too much to ask that we let this go?

Of course if a reincarnated member reverts to kind then they will be removed, again.

And as I have mentioned many times if there is a particular member that really grinds your gears please make use of the ignore button,

I have a feeling this is going to be a long off season.

LOL, when I wrote my comment I had a thought in the back of my head that I was quoting a lyric from a song but couldn’t work out which one it was. I do love The Visitors album too.

I was trying to work out how to use your quote to link the song but thought the easiest way was just to quote the exact words and post the clip.

With all respect to RT I’m very happy the Kirk thread was shut down I had no input in it and it dispells the myth perpetuated by a certain poster ( you know who you are ) that I’m continually the reason why threads are shut down.

PS Id also like to take this opportunity to say what a wonderful job you do here Red I have mentioned this before but will do do again You are my favourite moderator

The point I was making when I started this thread was to highlight the fact that ‘Michael Jones’, and you know as well as everyone else he is King Salvo.

King Salvo considers the chookpen site as anti-Semetic (his words) and that (among countless other reasons) as to why he was banned (supposedly permanently) in the first place.

Some (very few) posters think he should be given a second chance but this is now his 4th chance. How many chances will he be given?

The majority of posters were pleased to see the back of him yet the moderators in their infinite wisdom have for some reason welcomed him back. Why? God only knows.

Moderators - by all means close this thread. If you’re happy to let this 'so called' Michael Jones be here, then so be it.

And whilst I'm sure you are right about the origin story of Micheal Jones I have no way of definitively proving it.

If Mr Walker is correct and he certainly is more than I'd like to admit, then this situation will be resolved in the not to distant future.
