I can confirm that Ethan Lowe definitely didn't sign with the Cowboys for the 2011 season and did in fact play the whole year with the Roosters under 20's. Not sure about what he's up to in the 2012 season however.

Got offered better $$ to play for the Townsville Stingers with the opportunity to play for the Cowgals. He's also closer to home.
