Cody Ramsey making his Roosters debut today.

Jaxson Rahme was a real standout last week, will be good to see him go around for the second time in our colours.

10 minutes in and we've had to a lot of defence in some very warm weather. Two errors from Losalu & one from Ramsey. Haven't got to a kick once yet.

20 minutes in and it's still 0-0, Roosters enjoying a fair share of the ball but slightly better territory. Some lovely ball playing from Toby Rodwell on two occasions creating half chances. First he played short to McCathie and got him nose through the line, fast play the ball Rodwell got it at first receiver and played it inside to Ramsey who was tackled without the ball. Second opportunity create he went down a short side inside his own 20 and threw a nice cut out to his brother who made a 60m linebreak down the sideline.

What happened to Junior Tupou. Looks like he was replaced early?

30minutes in and it's now 6-6, Roosters scored first with a barnstorming run from Rahme, just bulldozed one and carried two over for his try. Souths then hit back with a long range try where they trapped a kick and got it to Matt Dufty who just burnt every player on the field for speed.

What happened to Junior Tupou. Looks like he was replaced early?

Yeh not sure, looks like Warrick is in the centres and Dooner onto the wing. I didn't pick it up.

Half time and it's 10-8 to the Roosters. Try to Tom Rodwell in the corner after a nice backline shift. Toby Rodwell to Reece Foley who played out he back to Ramsey who drew and passed to Johnson, who drew and passed to Rodwell to put him over. Rabbitohs kicked a penalty goal after the half time siren to make it 10-8.

Word is left ankle injury for Junior Tupou.

50 minutes in and the Roosters lead 16-8, try to Reece Foley in the 44th minute. Really nice play from the halves, all first half they hit the second rower as the lead man but on this occasion Barton laid the line and got the Rabbitohs centre to bite so Rodwell went out the back to Foley who showed a good turn of foot to break through the line and score an easy try in the end. In the 48th minute Rodwell went down the right edge and the Rabbitohs bit too hard on McCathie the other second rower so he broke the line with a show and go but was brought down 5m from the line. Really good setup from the halves though in the first half now paying dividends in the second half. Have been impressed with both Rodwell & Foley.

60 minutes in and Roosters now lead 24-8. 2nd try to Reece Foley in the 53rd minute after a nice short side raid. Cody Ramsey with a nice cut out pass to Dooner who goes down the side line, passes back inside to Warrick just before being taken out who passes back inside to Foley just before being tackled. Some nice execution of skill. Next try was to Ben Johnson after Jaxson Allen put some really good kick pressure on the Souths half that resulted in an average kick, Ramsey fielded with some time and space to move and just split the Bunnies open with a nice turn of foot and then beautiful swerve, he just seems to make opposition players miss so effortlessly and then drew and pass to Tom Rodwell who drew and passed onto Ben Johnson who finished in the corner.

70 minutes in and the Roosters add to their lead now 30-8. Try to Cody Rasmey after Toby Rodwell noticed Matt Dufty was caught in the defensive line he put in a little chip over the top and Ramsey got a room service bounce. Jaxson Allen with two bell ringers around the ribs followed up by a try saver around the legs on the edge in the same set, he's added a lot since coming on in my opinion... love watching this kid.
