There will be minimal changes I suspect. Peni and Bosden back to Newtown, Carney back on the wing. Same old crap.

I thought Mini tried hard tonight, but gee he is just so ordinary in defence. As soon as the opposition breaks our line you know they will score. I can't remember the last one-on-one tackle MIni has pulled off.

We only lost by 38 points so my guess is he will go in with an unchanged line up.

What he should do is resign, take up a job at Wests and take Anasta with him effective immediately.

For mine I would leave Bosden and Peni there, and bring in Mitchell, RTS, Tokolati, Moga and Mortimer. So out goes Mini, Pez, Anasta, Friend and JP.

peni and bosden deserve to retained. i would actually get rid of taka. everyone on here is a big fan of his but i have been far from impressed of late. his defence is average and he doesnt get very involved/do much work. at times last night it was like watching braith playing left side backrow. i say guerra deserves to be starting left edge backrower and should replace taka, mitchell back onto the bench and arona, bosden and tasi on the interchange. Also, mini was again one of our better players - i dont understand the hate. leilua makes errors but at least playing in a more familiar position he should start to excel. one of the few players in our side to constantly trouble his opposite. I agree anasta has been poor but he wont be dropped. ideally, id like to see mortimer in 6. as long as braith stays on the left side of the field and doesnt push pearce out the way in a bid to get involved we will be fine. mitch plays best when he has total control and the less involved braith is the better. let him play exclusively left side and allow pearce to drift around and call the shots. none of the 20s guys are ready and symonds, mose, henry and carney should all stay with newtown for the time being.
