You have to shake your head at some of the way our coaching staff operate. Look at how Walker is included in the extended squad. Surely they should have named him at 7 on tuesday and announced this switch at the 11th hour instead of including him in the extended squad the way they have. To be demoted on game day 1 hour before kick off would really set the tongues wagging much more so than being demoted to player 22 on team list Tuesday,

Walker just has to cop it on the chin and do the necessaries to get back in the side if he is actually demoted

We won't know that until possibly Sunday 1 hour before the Roosters NSW Cup sides plays or 24 hours before kick off for the Anzac Day game vs Dragons

UPDATE: Trent Robinson has confirmed his 19-man squad to face the St George Illawarra Dragons at Allianz Stadium on Anzac Day.

One change has been made to the line-up, with Naufahu Whyte named to replace Terrell May on the interchange bench.

Corey Allan and Nathan Brown have been confirmed as the 18th and 19th players respectively, with Jake Turpin and Sam Walker dropping out of the side.

Robbo suddenly realised he didn't have a player on the bench he could carry for 80min without using. Whyte recently filled this role admirably and based on that he has earned himself another go
