I know that most people here don't consider forwards worth anymore than $300k a year.....JWH is the exception atm, imo.
I think that he would have commanded at least $350k a year.

I know that he wanted to stay & is happy here BUT he only has a few years to look after his future so it is only fair he gets the best deal, no matter the loyalties.

That's what I would have guessed also. Look at his work rate, the fear factor he brings to opposition players, what ever his contract is worth he is easily the toughest player in our team, I can see him leading us to a great season next year.

The best most successful clubs get the best value out of there salary cap and you don't do that by paying overs for players.

That's what I would have guessed also. Look at his work rate, the fear factor he brings to opposition players, what ever his contract is worth he is easily the toughest player in our team, I can see him leading us to a great season next year.

I would think Marty Kennedy would have something to say about that

I dont think he would be on anymore than 300k a year. I think more around 280k per season.
