after making our way to easts after the match the other night i was quite surprised. apart from the maze of pokies and being told by security to leave the smoking area because we were talking footy and not pumping the machines full of money, we headed upstairs. lots of people, music playing, food and drinks available from two bars, a outdoor smoking area and a good presentation from the coach and a few players. best one i have been to in years, a win also help though. but well done to the club for atleast trying to make it look like they are actually interested in rugby league and not just pokie revenue.

easts leagues is not a nice place but the Chinese food upstairs is affordable and deeeelicious

Good ol Easts leagues club. Unfortunately, it's just not the pokies that is doing the damage. It doesnt help when you have John over there harassing every single woman that enters the place like a chihuahua on ones leg.
