i recall last year we started off in a similar fashion.. and it seemed like ages until we got a back to back win.

As long as you break even at the halfway point of the season, you're in the mix.

Sadly, it doesn't matter how we do as Melbourne has already been anointed to win this year to ameliorate the salary cap slap down of 2010.

i can't see us losing to the titans, especially if we can play like we did against the warriors (if not improve on that performance)...but then again i didn't think we'd be beaten by the panthers either :P

our next 7 weeks(leading into the bye) will be a bit of a test i reckon but if we can win atleast 4 from the next 7 we should be doing alright by round 12:

we have the titans (struggling both on and off the field), cowboys (not really playing to their potential), then a tough one against the dragons, knights (look good in patches but don't exactly look like a wayne bennett coached team), warriors AGAIN (should be ablt to topple them again even with their home ground advantage- i reckon the kiwi boys in our team really fire up when they play fellow kiwi's), manly (low on confidence, key players out or playing injured, off-field things distracting them- hopefuly this is still the case when we play them :P) and then a tough one against the dogs who are going great so far this year.

so if we pick 8 points in the next 2 months and then ofcourse the bye...we should be going into the second half of the season on 16 points- which is about where you want to be i reckon...*fingers crossed*

Providing the same starting 13 takes the field this Saturday we have a good chance of consecutive wins.

The titans are bad but tend to play well against us, plus it's the first game against Myles who'll no doubt rip in as most ex-roosters do when we first meet them again

Having met FPN I get the impression he is a true gentleman I also get the impression he is one person you dont want to get on the wrong side of. I think he will be looking for Myles next week I hope he smashes him offf the park
