  • Moses

I know it’s been discussed before & that Moses screwed us over but previously, but Moley reporting Moses has been shopped to the Chooks & Storm for 2024 onwards.
What are peoples thoughts on him etc?
Im not sure after he screwed is that we would jump in again, or that we have the cap space to do the deal when desperate clubs will offer over a mill, but maybe as he matures he would look at the Chooks on 7/800,000 & genuine premiership chances over Tigers offering a mill.
I think by then that also lets the Keary situation play out & gives him a bit longer to continue, to assesss his head knocks & future as well if he gets any issues.
Not that I want Keary out as he’s been a champion for the club, so not pushing that agenda. Just a valid discussion about the long term of Moses & the club as opposed to Keary who has less years due to age.

You get all this talk about halfbacks commanding premium salaries and who the next million dollar player is, and you kind of forget Moses isn't that good in the first place.
Watch him go missing in the gf.

No thankyou, we have Sam Walker, need a running 5/8 if we do not extend Keary.

Moses halves partner would compliment him nicely....about to sign a big extension though apparently. I would be happy if the club had a look at Doeuhi to be honest

Who’s ever saying that is just having people on.
Walker is the Roosters long term halfback so unless he is moving on then Moses won’t be at the Roosters.
The Chooks need to work out who will replace Keary at 5/8 long term.

What crap. Good on Moses for coming good and leading his team to a GF but we have Sam Walker. He is the future.

We need Burton to partner Walker when Keary is done

That’s something I’d like to see only IF Keary is retiring, otherwise it’s always Keary and Walker .

Moley's email address, mobile, PO Box and secret drop box numbers are on the walls in both the Incestuous and Non-Incestuous toilets at the Mt Druitt Central Hotel. That should give you some idea of his sources.

                      Chook.

Few things. Disrespecting Moses is ludicrous. He's coming off 5th place at the Dally M and is a borderline top 10 player in the game, any club would be lucky to have him. That said, we don't need him. Walker is our long-term halfback, and I would assume that if Manu isn't our next 5/8, his next contract will not be in the RWB. Burton is a pipe dream. He will be a Bulldog for a while. They signed Ciraldo to keep Burton and Kikau happy. On top of that, Burton will be close to a million dollars at the Bulldogs, and I have a suspicion they will overperform next year

No. Walker is our future half-back so end of story. I've never rated Moses, he is a poor man's 'Mitchell Pearce' with the added bonus of goal-kicking and average in the field of play kicks.

In regards to the future 5/8 role ? That could either be Manu or Teddy for a few years while Suaalii can shift into the Fullback role (if he is good enough and ready).

The stage was set and Moses apparently went awol.
I say apparently because I didn't watch the crap.
I read that fox sports gave him a glowing 4/10 in the player ratings.
