Unfortunatly among those fans who have the attention span of a goldfish, he gets lambasted as he is rarely in highlights reels.

Nat Butcher is Paul Gallen mk2 but without the cnt attitude and without the roids.

Crucial to the team going forward.

Deserves a lot more love than he gets.

I remember similar criticisms being levelled at Mitchell Aubusson, Jake Friend and Isaac Liu. I think it’s important to have a balance of players who have that Agro and players who just go about their business in a level-headed way.

That’s exactly what I’m saying, I think a good pack has a balance of playing styles. You need your Hargreaves and your Victor Radley’s but you’ve got to balance their level of aggression with some level-headedness otherwise it’s just chaos.

I am prone to being a contrarian thinker both in real life and on the internet, admittedly people mistake it as a personal attack which I can assure you it’s not I just don’t see value in quoting people and agreeing with them, I just use the like button for that. And yes I’m an introverted personality type who only speaks when I feel I have something valuable to add, however I wouldn’t say I don’t have a voice quite the opposite I sometimes need to learn how to be more agreeable.

What a contribution he makes every week, all over the park. Now he's becoming an attacking threat as well, to go with his cracking defense and linking play. Underappreciated in some quarters, but I doubt Robbo underappreciates him. Never ever is there a quick play the ball when he is the main tackler. He's very high quality.

He’s a very solid player.

He has had plenty of one on one misses this year alone, some crucial, I think his defence is overhyped, because he makes a tonne of tackles.

Can never say he doesn’t put in, and plays a good role in the team, you need players like him that take no more than 300-350k to keep the cap in check.
