I hope that commentators can't get fined 10,000 for criticising refs because Alexander would be up for it.

One thing, that Lara NotBingle who did the sideline stuff should be on tv more, she looks good...that's about it.

He popped up on NRL Deluxe this afternoon bagging us out so I switched it off. That's our job, not his!

Totally agree JC.
He is the best then daylight.
If the :::9 commentators ever wake up to the fact that punters :
(1) Don't need to be told the obvious or the stupid -the average punter knows lots and lots about the game
(2) Are sick to death of the contrived, embarrassing, humiliating "banter" - esp. Freddy & Gus & especially Andrew Johns -legends who's performances on the field are fast being forgotten in the light of their woeful, nonsensical commentary.
(3) Want honesty in calling about both good performances as well as bad ones - stop kissing ar$&
(4) never ever want to hear the phrases "They'd like to score points here" or "the coach would like a good performance from..." ever spoken again

Lara Pitt. Yep ....we like her. I actually don't mind Andy Raymond & Ryan Phelan either. They both know their place, don't pretend to be experts, and have a great deal of respect for the players. Warren Smith annoys me for these reasons. He seems to think he knows more than the 'colour commentator'
Brandy is by far No1 though.

Yeah have to Agree with you . Most bloody refs don't give us a fair go. That penalty against Friend was a joke which led to a try . What a joke these refs need to be dropped as they are shit

I was impressed with Greg Alexander today. He said it as it was and he was dead right when he said that we were on the wrong side of the 50/50 calls. Also he wasn't affraid to say the refs had made mistakes ............ and they made enough of those.
