Yep Craig Salvatori is a must.

I remember he and a few other Chooks of his era (M Burke, Trewhella, Patterson etc.) drinking at the Mill Hill regularly. Seemed like a legend bloke.

Many moons ago my local Pub in Paddo was The Dunbar hotel.

Badge draws were just coming into vogue in the late 80's early 90's.

I went along religiously on a Tuesday night for 8 weeks.

As no one had won the money it had jack-potted to over 3 grand.

I'm sure you don't need to guess who rocked up for the badge draw on the night it went off.

Salvo was the winner but he put the 3 grand on the bar.

It was a great night and Salvo was a genuinely lovely bloke.

I made a team of the players who were my favourite players when they played for us. They aren't necessarily the best (by any means for some of them) but I loved seeing them play.

Nice to see Protheroe there. He was a favourite of mine, too. Under-rated, so consistent and got us out of trouble deep in our territory many times with strong runs, and was able to break the odd tackle in doing so and make a break.
