So we've got a few sets of "bros" around the Roosters, Norths or in development.- Graham-Tafua twins = Pretty sure they're both outside backs
- Va'a brothers (Xavier and De La Salle) = Big units coming down from Brisbane (also both junior pro boxers). 100% these two brothers are the boys you're talking about
- Marschke twins = Ben who has filled in for Hooker as we all know. His twin brother Jesse plays as a Half-back for the Bears
- Butcher brothers = Nat and Egan (we all know these two)
- Keigran brothers = Adam (we all know who he is) and his brother Brad Keighran who has joined North Sydney for 2022

We have heaps of upcoming talent, but what we're looking for is a leader like JWH has been for the past several years. The Va'a brothers will be huge for us, but I think by the time they step up, we're going to be having Collins stepping up as the frontman leader like JWH has been and through the talks and if things all work out well, Payne Haas should be up there with him as the other starting prop.
I reckon in a few years time if Collins and Haas are our starting forwards, the Va'a brothers, Baker, Whyte etc on the bench, we're gonna be having a big strong forward pack.

Yeah things are looking really good for us mate. Our forwards have really started to become a real powerhouse for us.Originally posted by itsdan View PostWe have heaps of upcoming talent, but what we're looking for is a leader like JWH has been for the past several years. He certainly has the size and stamina. Similar to Jake trbojevic in origin.
This would allow Egan Butcher into the back row
100% this would be a good tactic but "Sporting News" said that Angus only signed a one year extension and if this is true then it makes me think that Angus might be playing one more season only (2022) with us before switching codes and potentially having a crack at the Wallabies world cup squad in under 2x years time.
Sporting News said that he's only signed a one year extension which was his preference due to the uncertainty around both the NRL salary cap and the Roosters roster etc. However, according to "News Corp", Crichton supposedly will ink an extension with the Roosters until the end of 2024 ... so conflicting reports thus far !
Either way he's achieved a fair bit already at the age of 25 in the NRL so don't be surprised if Angus does switch codes and tries his hand at Union. We've got plenty of talent to fill that left edge spot if necessary specifically Egan Butcher.
