Not guilty, 3 years of his life put through hell because he did something thousands of other guys his age have done. He was an arsehole, he used the girl, and then told her to get lost, but that's not against the law. She chased him, went to the pub with him AFTER the sex, she got pissed off when they dumped her, that's natural, but no reason to try to ruin a guys life. Sad story, hope it's a lesson to more young women, and guys. Girls, don't expect any guy to treat you well just because you have sex with him, and Guys, if you have no other interest in the girl, don't use her, show some respect.
