Yeah we lost I know it hurts…trust me I hate losing as much as any of you guys on here BUT I am super super super proud of our lads. We kept on going ALL game backs against the wall we lose 2 players for the game we make over 160 extra tackles we just kept on trying. That performance was all heart. Loss or not with how many we have out at a packed out wankfest stadium we did VERY WELL. Lam back for hutch and we go again next week against the cows.

I was saying the same thing.... we may not have got the 2 points but I could not be prouder of our effort.

Other teams roll over and get by 50 with 4 players unavailable... we have been decimated by injury but eat adversity for breakfast....

    Go chooks

I was so proud, frustrated and absolutely pissed off at the bunker, I have never had a go at the referees on this platform and miss named my previous thread about the referees, as my frustration was at the incompetent bunker.
What an impressive display by the Roosters tonight.

All I know is that Roosters fans should feel a lot better about their side than Eels fans after the game tonight.

Totally agree with you. squeels fans, if they're honest with themselves, shouldn't get carried away with that ref-assisted "win."

I wouldn't exactly call them that, but I know one thing, next time we play them we will win!

Is that some sorta record? 50-60 is generally pretty super. These were back rower tackles too... not hooker tackles (which usually involve lotsa grabs before the pigs arrive rather than 'tackles').

Amazing effort all heart and courage but I couldn’t watch the BIAS anymore, our team is being torn apart by injuries and having to defend 4-5 sets at a time on our line I don’t know how it takes 59 minutes for us to get a set restart and only that one in the entire match how three of our players are on the receiving end of high shots and foul play and nobody batters an eyelid.

Again the other frustrating thing is our inability to hold onto the ball, what is with all the errors? 16? Like I don’t expect perfection but that’s inexcusable this is a serious problem it didn’t affect us as much in 18and19 (as we could just defend our line for waves) we get no leeway from the wankers in yellow and then compound that with our flipper hands in attack.

Our defence is magnificent 3tries off kicks we defuse them we win simple.

Agree with the hate on the 1 sided refereeing, but to your point on all our errors. Surely with all that defence and the obvious lack of flow of possession our way, the boys are both gassed in attack and trying too hard with the ball knowing how few opportunities are going to come our way. Also the loss of so many first choice players affects our ability to overcome the adversities that have been foisted on us. We are an amazing team....all credit to Robbo for the spirit and culture!
