Watching it reminds us that nobody was ever going to fill the gap left by Cooper Cronk. His performance was heroic and it was clear that his heroism brought out something special from his team mates.

The video includes interviews with Bellamy, Smith and Slater and they all tipped their hats to CC. It even has a cameo from Mitchell Pearce who does similarly

Thanks for posting this link 66. I had already seen this on nrl.com back in march last year and I had to screen record it because I couldn't download it. I don't get sick of watching this.

The one thing they did neglect to show is that it was a late hit from Burgess after Cronk had kicked that caused the injury. That is what I recollect anyway.

Wow, great to watch. That reminds me of how hot our team was at that time. In hindsight I'm glad Slater was allowed to play (the shoulder charge that was not) because then we got to beat their best team!

I've said it before that the photo of Cronk tackling the giant with Aubo helping with his bung shoulder should be up at the club somewhere. It is the epitome of courage and sacrifice for your teammates.
