Had my doubts about him. But he’s going alright huh.

    Very poised.

    Penrith look tough.

He is growing into his role well, they are a bigger threat than moat of us think.

Flanno will be better than him when he has played FG for 4 years but yeah Cleary is good. Its gonna come down to the Roosters, Storm or the Panthers to take the title. The 2 times Penrith have won the comp they have finished minor Premiers. That Isaah Yeo is a top player & so is their 5/8.

I think the Chooks are still negotiating with Ivan so they can get both of them along with every player that is off contract.

Thought Penrith's attack was very one dimensional tonight, consistently playing to Kikau's side.

For the amount of field position and possession Penrith had tonight it should've been a cricket score. Their forward pack look lean and hungry leading into the finals series.. attack fell short for mine tonight.

A bit like the raiders yet not as unorthodox. Forwards up for it and half decent backs, yet that attack was wanting. Or maybe the eels defence was that good.

I really hope we come 4th so we face Panthers in Week 1..

Will be a shame if we play Storm in week 1 which will give Penrith an easy passage.

So if we come 4th, then do the Storm in week one, we get the week off?

Good question to Cleary at the end, about going to the next level in the semis. I can't see through my own bias, but I don't think they've got one. They seemed hell bent on having that game over by the 20th minute but wasn't to be.

Does anyone think they can play at a higher/better intensity than that?

I felt with the number of 6 again calls that Penrith had they should have done better. Parra ran out of puff toward the end of each half with the amount of D they had to do. Penrith have had the most favorable draw as well, with the least amount of travel to play games.
