  • Ryan Hall

Just don't see how he gets a game for us in 2020 unless there is a massive injury crisis.

If there is an injury issue in the outside backs would hope Billy Smith is first in line to come into the team.

If an English Super League team was willing to take Hall wouldn't be opposed to letting him return back to England over the offseason, that salary cap room could be useful in pre paying someone to create some cap room for 2021.

Totally agree makes good sense and we still have ikavalu to fill wing if needed, he didn’t do too badly early this year when both Morris and hall were out injured

Why would he return to England when he could live in Bondi for another year at least.
        ..it’ll be interesting to see

I think a good preseason would help, he has been rather unlucky but I wouldn't be surprised if he returned to England

And his missus says she wants to stay here.

Salary cap is always hard to balance, but he's been a good player and is capable of doing good things next year. I'm happy for him to stay. He's probably third winger at this stage, but what a luxury to have that guy as back up.

He's a specialist right winger struck behind Brett Morris who has averaged 16 games a season over his past 5 years.

I'd be more surprised if he doesn't get game time next year than if he does.

Billy Smith and he aren't competing for the same positions even if they are both outside backs.

Depends how happy he is playing most if not all the year for the Bears.

Hall averaged 180 metres per game in the 6 games he did play-outstanding. The ACL pre season injury and then the ankle injury three quarter of the way through the season has limited his chances.

The salary cap is a reason to keep him- he was a cheap pickup. Got to remember he is a 32 year old winger-never going to attract big bucks.

I would be happy to see him in the side any time. He struggled early but he sure was good after a few runs and I reckon could have gotten a lot better with more game time. Let’s hope continues to develop with us and he gets some regulat game time over the next few years.

im assuming he is on at least 180 maybe ? i just think it is way to much to be paying a wing in reserves ? im not saying he isnt a good player , but with our cap squeeze in full effect, he is maybe top of chop block.

he was solid, but didn't really have too much opportunities. And England in general were a mixed bag. Lost to Lebanon
