To be fair they were billing our prelim as a contest for team of the decade.

Our victory in the GF makes us clearly the team of the decade. Each team had 4 MPs, 4 GF appearances, 2 2nd place regular season finishes, and 1 6th place regular season finish. They pip us on only missing the finals once, compared to our 3 times, but our THREE premierships compared to their two puts us over the line.

We are the best club not only of the past decade but the past 20 years.

Since 2000 8 GFs, 4 GF wins. Minor premiers 2004, 2013, 2014,2015 and 2018.

3x World Club champions. Actually never defeated at that level. 2020 champs to come!

I think Brett Kenny has already done that, in fact from memory he scored doubles in the three consecutive GFs they won in the 80s

In the NRL, we’ve won 4 premierships to souffs 1 which is why to me it’s a new comp. We are the top Coqs in the comp.
