Social media is (kinda accidentally) designed to be fuelled by outrage, its the algorithm that garners the most response.

Sadly the media has to compete, and the gloves are off the journo's these days because of it.

Great summary of the times. Doesn't matter what it is, there's always somebody willing to either stir up or feign outrage in an attempt to sell their lolly water.

I'll be glad when it ends. It gets so irritating listening to Kony v19.0 where the whole world seems to get sucked into whinging about something they have NFI about just because.
