Between he and Jared for worst on field last night.

Very disappointing from 2 highly paid forwards.

SST, Toops, Teddy and Cordner busted an absolute gut tonight. Butcher not far behind.

I defended the players last week because they never gave up in Defence but there was an attitude issue last night amongst a few players which was concerning.
Jared has earned the right for some below average games, his work load and intensity is so high, that sometimes somebody else needs to aim up, whenever we are short on forwards, others need to aim up, if Angus doesn’t aim up, he is a poor(rich mans) Aubo, can’t afford to have both players on the field like that.

What's happened to his off load? He was great at Souffs last year?

According to some on here Robbo has told him not to do that. Maybe Robbo doesn’t want to see exciting football and second phase play.

Pretty sure I saw him stand in a tackle holding off 2 and offload last night
          ..it’ll be interesting to see

Something isn't right with Angus at the moment (I don't know what) and I hope he misses out on shyte of origin because it looks to me as though he needs a break.

As for JWH, I thought that crap was out of his game and by that I'm talking about the penalty in front of the posts to gift the knoughts two points. JWH had a lot of below par company last night. Radley getting stripped of the ball by saifiti wasn't a great start for example.

I was surprised he even got into one.

I actually think Angus is a gun runner of the ball who is plays right side while the Roosters mainly attack on the left. His timing with Keary and Cronk has been out most of the year and his confidence seems to be wavering. Theres a lot of upside in him- once he gets into a rhythm he can be a weapon

Heres my concern. After JWH cleaned up Ponga Knights players running came in from everywhere and Angus from second marker can been seen walking very slowly to the melee. I know by the letter of the law your not supposed to run in but the refs don't act on it ever-unless a punch is thrown (which there never is now days). Just seems disinterested ???

                  Maybe Angus doesn’t like Jarred.

Dont make excuses for him. As an origin player who earns very well he should be playing like an elite player.

This time last year plenty on here were saying the same of Cronk and Teddy

I wouldn’t be surprised if Matto is on half of what Crichton is on. There was always more upside in Matto, he could play middle, Edge, utility and could kick if needed. This other bloke looks out of sorts and he is clumsy in defence. No wonder Souths kept Murray over chasing him.

Don't forget he was running off two extremely large units as in the Burgess boys who always get past the adline and can get the ball away.

But now 1 week later we're back to calling him overrated and saying he's done nothing all year.

We're the Premiers and sit 8-3 for the year (we're normally 6-5ish at this point under Robbo) despite being smashed by injuries and up against the toughest draw I've ever seen... and yet it's whinge whinge whinge.

Keep up the good work guys!
This is the chookpen so stop making sense Tommy.

I want him out of Manu's way..frustrating to watch Angus burger get all his ball and do nothing.

The bloke has been carried for 9 of those 11 games, I get nervous every time he takes a hit up or lays all over the tackled player, on his day he is very good, but those days are few and far between

Don’t get me wrong I think Angus has good upside but is he worth worth the reported $700k per season. He comes from rugby roots not NRL and at times his game is missing those little details that only a Rugby league experienced forward understand.
