Consider yourself corrected, and I am glad that pleases you. If you would like to check back I made my comments on your thread BEFORE the following game, WELL BEFORE actually on the 2nd of April. You started the thread on March 29th, the following game was on April 4th. I don't think I even knew if Matt was going to play when I made the post. I wouldn't wait until the following game, because it was the whole idea of you starting the thread which pissed me off.Originally posted by Johnny Tobin View Post
I don't think you made those feelings known after he had a much better game the following week. Though I would be pleased to be corrected on that.
Anyway, I agree that Morris will come back in but that will only be to keep the seat warm for Hall I believe.Last edited by NorfolkStreetKid; 04-23-2019, 12:30 PM.

this is typical of the modern keyboard warrior going and bagging a young bloke who loves the club and had his 5th game for us. Also, the more I watch Ikavalu, the more he reminds me of Sam Perrett. I hope these young players don't come onto these forums and social media post match, it's constant head noise which they don't need. I have great faith in our clubs coaching staff to put the right 17 on the park each week. Thankfully they're the ones picking the squads and not the CP Forum

My intention wasnt to bag him when I started this post and I don't know how I gave you that impression. I thought my post wasn't nothing but complimentary to Iku and what he has done in the team.Originally posted by Nigel Gaffey View Postthis is typical of the modern keyboard warrior going and bagging a young bloke who loves the club and had his 5th game for us. Another coach Robbo masterstroke. Could of dropped him. The Chookpen wanted him gone.
After Iku's horrible games playing for the Bears, and against Parra, the turnaround has been quite spectacular. Well done young man.
Morris must be getting closer. But looking forward to seeing Ryan Hall. I'd say like most of us,, missing Fergo.

sorry mate, not directed at you. It was more during the in-game chat vs Eels he copped a hammering for his first half display.Originally posted by Rooster89 View Post

Fair call. Ikuvalu's kick return at about the 28th minute was lethal. Doubt Morris or Hall have that kinda pace.Originally posted by Johnny73 View PostHonestly, after the last few games I think Brett Morris might struggle to get back into the squad.
Morris will probably get the spot as he has safer hands + strength/experience that probably woulda bagged at least 1 try from the positions Ikuvalu had in that first half. Ikuvalu's the future though so no real reason to stop blooding him with experience while he's winning!!!
That said, I'm glad I'm not Robbo having to pick...
