I think Lam/Keary will be the combo next year.

I dont think Latrell is really suited to 5/8 & if you were going to play him & Keary in the halves you then need to find another centre & there is no centre in the game better than Latrell.
Im all for giving young blokes a start but I think in a key position like halfback the Roosters would be better off trying to get the next best half in the game if they want to continue with their success at the top.
I think Latrell has got the taste of playing 5/8 and he wants more of it from seeing how excited he was after playing there during Coopers injury. Since he knows he can’t be a fullback while Teddy is there I think he’ll be gunning to get more experience at this level and hopefully one day be recognised as a 5/8 because I feel he wants to be more involved in the game. Good Centres are easy to find but Latrell are one in a thousand so Robbo might give him every chance as long as he’s not costing the team whilst making Latrell happy. Other clubs will offer him whatever he wants to get him signed and Robbo will want to ensure that he’s happy and the team is successful.

I was one of the doubters when I heard Cronk was coming. I was very wrong. For me its his leadership, attitude and game management that set him apart.
I've been keeping an eye on Pearce since he moved to the Knights. He's still a solid player and he's working with a very different team, however i haven't seen much of a change in his game, especially his kicking game. And recently theres been talk of a party culture at the Knights. The Roosters on the other hand seem to have a very professional culture and we're hungry!

We have a stack of players coming off contract at the end of next season, Latrell, Manu, TKO, JWH, etc. I cant see us purchasing a seasoned replacement for Cronk. He may sign for another year.

Just like plugging all the leaks in the boat. Now we're afloat and sailing like the wind.

And the funniest thing was those Knights had to pay big money to import a bad culture. If I was Pongia I'd be trying to jump ship.

Yep, not so sure about Watson though. Just as well they didn’t go after Napa instead of Klemmer.
