Problem with his opinion is that it’s potentially very damaging to the young and impressionable. He should know better than to voice it in public.

My opinion is that Lodge was off his chops perpetrating an in-the-moment, unprovoked assault on some random targets. It could very well have been against type.

Folau is the opposite: a premeditated, targeted attack on a marginalised group, using an incredibly potent marketing channel with extreme reach to cause maximum damage.

Izzy is a repeat offender also.

Another example: if a school teacher posted on twitter that they don't like black and Asian kids, should the Ed. Department sack them? Or does that fall in line with the myth of absolute free speech?

The PC world we live in right now makes everyone with a view or opinion walk on egg shells.

I'd say it's more a social media problem where every single word is scrutinised to the point where not many think before they post something.. What folau posted was silly. Facebook,, Twitter and Instagram also allow people to post crap, anonymous to most, throwing grenades as keyboard hero's without taking any responsibility.

It is the crazy world we currently live in. Life was a lot simpler without social media.
