I went to a Roosters match during my first trip to Australia (finals qualifying round in 2014) and got hooked on NRL and the Roosters. I finally get to return and will be in Sydney for the last two matches of this season. What is the best way to get tickets? Should I buy online in advance, buy at the stadium on the day of the game, buy from individuals outside of the stadium...

just buy online , unless its finals there will be tickets available

Thanks guys. Is there a way to avoid sitting in "home" section when I buy tickets for the game against the Rabbits at ANZ? i.e., a certain Roosters section I should look for?

Neither of those two games will be sell outs, so nothing wrong with buying a ticket at the venue and not paying the online booking fee (and you don't have to worry about losing the ticket!)
