Just watched it again and unfortunately I think he will get a week. At first I didnt think he had a 'dropping motion' but saw a different angle today and he does drop a touch. Far from a bad one at all but bad enough we wont win the appeal. Mattersons was completely different and innocent. Going to be tough now but not impossible

We are lucky SST is good to go for the Prelim,that allows Maubs to slot in the centres next to Manu without affecting the forwards too much..

Correct ..200 points = 2 games he gets 120 points for a failed appeal + his 75 carryover points so still has only 1 game suspension with a failed appeal. Only thing then is he has 95 carryover points not 75 which on next charge of say 120 points would give 2 games then and not 1!!

The carryover points don't really matter if his next game is the Grand Final.

No real reason for the club not to try and challenge it but I don't see them winning unfortunately. Then again money can usually buy you a pretty good lawyer.

exactly what I said elsewhere. He’s a diver and many in that side are coached in such a fashion.

Nonono we need someone that will pass the ball...matto...maubs would defensively safe but has lost his legs and runs like an iceber these days
