PS what was so good about fergos ,tackle,? All he did was barge into Fonua and push him around (allowing him to offload and keep the ball alive). Had he TACKLED rather than barging into him, the ball woulda been wrapped up and the game woulda ended. Just saying. It was actually... Cronk? Gave up on Fox years ago. If i need to watch a game I would rather go to my local and listen to the background noise in a pub than listen to the b grade commentators that only get a chance because there is so much TV content to cover

When Fox started its own commentary it was so refreshing from ch9. Then they hired Roach and Nable..and many fans have switched back to ch9. Roach is horrible,doesn’t know the rules and very biased

I remember when Blocker was doing a night sports show on 2GB with Andrew Moore -ended up in an argument over Blockers dislike of the Chookies which I raised with him as a result of several of his comments over many weeks - Andrew Moore tried to calm things down but Blocker wanted to go on with it - eventually I was cut off - was asked to ring back as Moore said Blocker was rude to me and i was offered a carton of steinlager beer and tickets to some shows by the station - reluctantly I had to take them :-)

Similar thing when I rung up John Laws when he was advocating buy Australian - I reminded him of how many cars he owned none of which were built/made in Australia- An argument ensured and he cut me off then later asked me to ring back - mmm another case of steinlager beer and tickets to shows.

That doesn`t happen anymore as they just cut your off and you are never asked to ring back.

The man holds our team in very high regard and when we don't perform he calls us out, I love it. He says what I think 99% of the time. The blokes getting upset in here are only upset because he says it on TV, but its mild compared to the absolute horseshit that dribbles out of your malformed mouthes whenever we give a penalty away.
