Our defence was disgraceful. Jake missed 8 tackles (40 made) which is a lot more than usual. Dylan missed 6, made 21 and only had 6 runs for 50 metres. So the Warriors game was something of a flash in the pan, though i know some would still think this is good value for $700K a year. Fergo made 1 tackle and missed 4, no origin for him. Baptise made 4 and missed 3, maybe why Canberra didn't rate him highly. It just seemed like the players couldn't mentally get up for the game which happens far too often will our team.

I also thought the last try, against tired defence trying to stop the field goal was also a wonderful effort from the Brisbane player. But we should have done better on the other three tries.

Yeah looking at it that way there is some truth but you can still 'just' win regardless if the team played good or bad. Had there been no controversy regarding a sin bin to Napa, then I'm sure we would all have not blamed Sutton BUT there has to be some suspicion as to why the Broncos win with Sutton so many time, and why there is controversy when he's on and they win. I'll add Klein to that. Would we have lost if Napa wasn't wrongly sin binned? That is the question.
